Disclosure

Short answer. No exchange, platform or trading venue pays New Jersey Predictions or has a say in what it publishes. This page records that and explains how the site's outbound links are built.

Relationships

New Jersey Predictions has no commercial relationship with any exchange or platform named on this site. No venue pays for coverage, shares revenue with the publisher, advertises here, sponsors a page or supplies anything of value, and no company connected to a venue does so on its behalf. Nothing on the site is for sale, so there is no placement to buy. Should an arrangement of that kind ever start, it will be listed in this section with the other party, its nature and the date it began, and this page will show the date of the change.

Advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial or legal advice. A page reports what a market implies about a New Jersey question and what the public record says about it, and stops there. No page tells a reader which side to hold, which venue to use or when to act, and none rates one exchange against another. Whether a New Jersey resident may trade a given contract is a separate question, answered nowhere on the site; the legal status page reports the record on it without a conclusion.

Editorial independence

No exchange or platform reviews, influences or pays for any page on this site. No venue sees a page before publication, chooses which New Jersey contracts are covered, or has a say in how a contract is described or when a page is refreshed. The probabilities shown are exchange prices passed through by Prediction Genius, the site's data supplier; the desk does not set them, adjust them or present them as its own forecast, and it holds no position in any contract it covers.

Only one kind of page on the site links to a venue. On a market page, a quoted price is a link to that contract's own page at the exchange that priced it, and only to an address the data supplier served for that contract; the site never assembles a venue address itself. Each of those links opens in a new tab, carries the attribute rel="nofollow noopener" so that search engines do not follow it, and has no query string: no referral tag, no affiliate code, no tracking parameter. Cards, rails and section pages name a venue in prose and never link it. Other outbound links go to the public document the sentence names, such as a court docket, a statute or a schedule, and none of them is a referral. The publisher earns nothing when a reader follows any link, and no link is placed because a destination asked for it. This is one rule for every page on newjerseypredictions.com.
